I had a really disappointing experience at the YMCA Stoney Creek location. I brought a client of mine who is deafblind and has mobility challenges (uses a walker) for what was listed online as a 12:15 PM open swim. We planned the visit carefully and made the trip, only to be told when we arrived that there was no open swim and the schedule hadn’t been updated. For most people, that’s frustrating.
