I recently joined the Stoney Creek YMCA in London. It has a variety of programs and flexible membership options. The Y Thrive program offers a personal trainer that sets up a customized work out program. It is included in the membership which is a nice bonus! I love the aquafit classes as well. Since joining the Y I have been inspired to get back into shape and enjoy the friendly atmosphere.

Edited to add one concern. For some reason, it has become nearly impossible to reach the facility by phone if calling for information or inquiries. I feel that a part of running a business is answering the phone. Please address this. This is a well-kept, clean y with super friendly/helpful staff. All areas are accessible and parking as well. There are programs for the youngest in our families to the eldest, ranging from daycare to gentle joints!! Kriss Rostran should not be manager here. He’s employees told about my membership three times in a week but did not deal with it at all. Due to that my money was charged without my permission. All the employee did not like him at all because they are the one who needs to deal with mad customers. They also said please complain about my manager as he is always like that. He cannot manage any employees in this YMCA and also does not have capacity to deal with customers at all.
