We recently upgraded our stoney creek camper trailer for a Scout 15 off-road hybrid caravan. We did plenty of research, visited lots of different brands and we came back for the stoney. On the initial purchase we had a great experience, so we're REALLY disappointed with the after service. Have told family & friends to go with MDC ( who we initially were going to purchase with as cash buyers) Any problems they give you the run around and certainly won't answer the phone to & this was the first time we'd called them with a problem (albeit a big one, no power to the 240 v plugs) Were told after waiting all day for a response to go to super cheap & replace the fuse blade at our own cost & hope that's the proble... read more
