We picked up our new SC-FF camper trailer from Stoney Creek Campers in Mayfield last Friday and went through a very thorough handover with Greg. He was patient and explained everything in a way that we could comprehend, even going over the topic again if we were unsure of what he was explaining the first time. We just purchased the SC-FF gen2 camper. We thought we'd give it a test set up before we took it on the road. The Camper itself is a good design and is easy to set up and pack away. A few things could be designed better but overall really good. The annexe on the other hand is a poor design. It rained the first night we'd set up and the annexe collapsed breaking half the poles due to excessive water pooling. We lowered the annexe as were instructed to to so but this didn't help.
We recently took delivery of our XL-FF camper and been out and about in it The camper has been be fantastic no problem and so easy to own and use. Ryan and Jeff were fantastic to deal with at Stoney Creek Newcastle. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very responsive always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended Stoney Creek Newcastle.
We were so excited to pick up our Scout 11 hybrid caravan from Ryan and the crew in Newcastle. Ryan was so helpful and professional and because he is an avid Stoney Creek camper himself gave us plenty of tips and ideas to enhance our camping experience. Two little happy campers Darren and Kerrie
