If you want a light weight family van, it's a waste of time going here. We were told to upgrade our car. We have 3T towing capacity.
Disappointed. So so disappointed in our stoney Creek experience and now so thankful that we don't have a stoney Creek camper (instead we will get a camper from somewhere that has actual customer service). We thought we were getting an amazing show deal (was cheaper literally the next day in the shop - after lots of talk form the guys at the show about how good the deals there should be) and were rushed to sign paperwork with no time to look at it or understand the conditions. We’ve owned our Scout 11 for 18months. We’ve had a few issues, solar just stopped working. Todd in the Service dept and the whole team there go beyond the call to fix any issues. New solar just replaced under warranty. I would highly recommend Stoney Creek Campers knowing they have a great after sales service team

We have had a Scout X for about 18- months and are very happy with it. On a recent trip we damaged our folding step. Troy at SCC in Newcastle was fantastic. Repaired it under warranty, no questions asked. Caravan companies are notorious for their lack of after sales service but SCC have been great.
