We just picked up our new stoney creek scout x from Stoney Creek Bundamba, tows great. Thanks to Rachel and the gang for their detailed walk thru and assistance at handover
Collected our first caravan today. A trade in from Bundamba (after an extensive search). Damian's honesty on the day we viewed it was refreshing. As it was a new trade in, he went and found out all he could and contacted higher up with our offer. Communication with him and Administration had everyone in sync. Handover from Chris was brilliant ( even though not his business van), he was so thorough and patient. Thankyou everyone. Merry Christmas
Bought a 2021 Jayco caravan from them . Noticed cracking in the front window protective cover. Jayco has said it needs replacing due to the risk of detaching from the van. Spoke to multiple roadworthy places who said it shouldn’t have passed. Evently spoke with the manager ( coming from used car sales background as he told me, enough said really) basically said he knew about the cracks and that I should have seen them before purchasing. They knowingly sold the van with the high likelihood of this panel to detach from the van... read more
