Bought a 2021 Jayco caravan from them . Noticed cracking in the front window protective cover. Jayco has said it needs replacing due to the risk of detaching from the van. Spoke to multiple roadworthy places who said it shouldn’t have passed. Evently spoke with the manager ( coming from used car sales background as he told me, enough said really) basically said he knew about the cracks and that I should have seen them before purchasing. We purchased a traded-in camper trailer from Stoney Creek Campers in March 2025, and unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory. The trailer should never have passed a Queensland roadworthy inspection due to serious safety issues that became apparent immediately after purchase. We had to undertake essential repairs ourselves to bring it up to standard. Although the cost of repairs was eventually reimbursed, it took multiple emails and phone calls to get a response — a frustrating and time-consuming process.... read more

For their head office location. Well for me I just buying a part and I must say such poor service on a couple of front. Firstly now email confirmation of order paid for, secondly emailed requesting same, no reply back. Seriously poor customer service.

We picked up our brand new scout x caravan today at bundamba and had the pleasure of Adam who was such a legend giving us the run down of our new camper. So if your in the looking for a stoney creek see adam and the team and you won't be disappointed. Thanks Adam ya Legend.
