This company is awesome. John and his wife are friendly and honest. Two things that are hard to find in this type of business. The prices are reasonable and they explain what needs to be fixed. I am glad John started his own business. I highly recommend this business!
They are courteous and respect me as the person who needs to pay for the repairs. They let me know what was important and then let me decide what to fix. They do it right!
I can highly recommend Stoney Creek Automotive. They really know all makes and models of cars. this knowledge lets them find the problem quickly and fix it. John Porter is very honest and only fixes things that need to be corrected. I hope they stay in the Mentor area for a long time!
