I was trying to schedule a appointment as a new patient, and the receptionist was terrible she kept on interrupting me and saying I don't understand you, I don't understand you have a heavy accent. To me that is very disrespectful and unprofessional

I give this practice 3 stars unfortunately because I had an issue that needed attention after hours, called once waited an hour, called again waited another hour, 3rd time now I'm writing this review 2 hours after initial call still no call back from on call, I am fortunate to have medical experience and no there is no need for the ER, but a call back answering a few very important questions within an hour isn't too much to ask for. My doctor, Dr G, is always thorough and she always takes her time answering any questions I may have. The rest of the nurses and staff are friendly and helpful. Great practice.

I LOVE SHERRI BROWN, IVE BEEN WITH HER FOR YEARS AND SHE HAS ALSO BEEN A GREAT LISTENING EAR AND ALWAYS MADE ME FEEL LIKE MY PROBLEMS ARE BEING HEARD. AS A BLACK WOMEN THAT WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AND FOR THAT I AM GREATFUL FOR HER. HOWEAVER THE PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THE PHONES ARE SO RUDE. I WORK IN CALL CENTER AND DO NOT HAVE THE TONE THEY DO.
