I was a patient of Sarah Mullins for 9 years she decided to do more office work then seeing patients I was forced to see this young lady that I had no idea who she was. I was undergoing treatment from a workplace injury and had some medical problems from one of the injections. I was shocked to learn that Stoney Batter Family Medicine allows random, untrained, passersby to walk in off the streets and start answering phones! At least, that's the impression I got after speaking with BRIDGET. I called from another provider's office to discuss a mutual patients medical needs and I have never, in my 10 years of working in health care, encountered someone so sanctimonious, inpatient, unprofessional and downright rude. Waste of time Dr. Barrett seemed to have a bad attitude, I have severe pain from an accident and was in a lot of pain, she did not recognize how much I was hurting and brushed off my concerns. No need to discharge this was my first and last appt. Most female doctors are unable to empathize!!

I was trying to schedule a appointment as a new patient, and the receptionist was terrible she kept on interrupting me and saying I don't understand you, I don't understand you have a heavy accent. To me that is very disrespectful and unprofessional

I give this practice 3 stars unfortunately because I had an issue that needed attention after hours, called once waited an hour, called again waited another hour, 3rd time now I'm writing this review 2 hours after initial call still no call back from on call, I am fortunate to have medical experience and no there is no need for the ER, but a call back answering a few very important questions within an hour isn't too much to ask for.
