Nice place to live. Affordable housing. Maintenance is excellent. People in the office are very helpful.

Co-op does not abide by certain particular co-op Beliefs mainly Respect, Justice and equality..these particular beliefs are applicable to minority backgrounds..."the board" enforces letter boarding, harassment, aggression, intimidation by numbers, dishonesty and other unjust treatments. One rule is applicable for "White folks" another set of rules for "minority groups" Currently these "so-called beliefs" are happening. Hopefully this message is taken seriously... Concerned Member
