Never came back to install our sink that they said they would be back to install. The office manager would answer if we called from a new number and then ignore that number from that point on. Our house is five min from their shop. Couldn't be an easier stop. Very poor customer service.

This company was unorganized. They showed up a day later than expected, and over an hour late. I had to contact them to find out if they were coming or if they forgot. They were unable to get the exact granite that we wanted. They wiped down the counters, but left a mess under our kitchen sink when they left our house. Without asking, they took our old counter top that my husband wanted for another location in our house. After I emailed asking where it was, they said they would bring it back the following week.
