We put a deposit of over 7,000 dollars back in August 2021. Here we are in May and the company has no working number, and only dances around our questions in email as to why our counter tops were not ordered back in February when we stated our cabinets were installed. Still at this point don’t know if they have gone out of business and we are going to have to sue for our 7,000 dollars or if they have actually ordered our counter tops. Cory and Nick installed my countertops and they look great! They did a really good job. I’m at so happy with these countertops!
Stoneworks installed Quartz countertops in our kitchen and island. The installers were over an inch off in centering the countertop and island. When they came back to try to fix the work, they had to cut and break the seam. The seam is a lot more noticeable now with the re-attachment. And the even more noticeable issue is the hole for the sink that had been drilled before everything got installed correctly. As a center point for our open kitchen and living room, everyone immediately notices the off centered faucet.
From picking the slab to the installation, everything went smooth. All of those I spoke with were knowledgeable and respectful. Instalation was quick and there was nothing left to pick up or clean ! Great job all !
It was a pleasure to work with stoneworks throughout my whole project! They were very insightful & prompt with every question & issue that came about! I will recommend them to anyone needing countertops in the future!
