During the past 10 years I’ve purchased 2 custom bathrooms from Stonewood (one very recently) and credit where it’s due, each has been spot on in every respect. Excellent service, high quality products to agreed specification, prompt delivery and outstanding customer service throughout the process. Nothing but high praise for this company.

If you are expecting solid oak units don’t buy from this company. They’re made of MDF with an oak veneer coated with a layer of wax. No reply from Mark Hirstwood, MD when I contacted him about this. It was 3 months from ordering to delivery, double the estimated delivery time. Having paid almost £2000 for them, we’ve thrown them in the skip.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Purchased two units. The first unit which was a double sink unit, the top holding the sinks did not fit the unit.. It overhung by 4 inches each side, needed to cut the side panels for fitting. The second unit, the doors are a different colour to the base unit. All in all a disaster!
