Excellent service from Lisa and Kevin at Stonewell! They were on top of all the documentation needed to import our US car from Canada back into the US. Awful experience with Stonewell Corp. Promised paperwork in 5-7 business days; it’s now been nearly two weeks, and I still have nothing. They pushed the responsibility to iCustom Broker instead of resolving it. Completely unprofessional. Avoid them.

Stonewell took the extra step to make sure all the paperwork was done properly for our son to import his vehicle into the U.S. Lisa was GREAT - always available by phone or email to answer all our questions and simplified the process so it was a smooth transition through customs. HIGHLY recommended if you want to a professional to make sure everything is done correctly and eliminate the worry of doing it yourself!
