Scott and Katie have a wonderful way of welcoming new clients! Very positive atmosphere. All coaches are excellent well trained and they take the time to help each person with individual needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Being a part of Stoneway Crossfit has been an amazing experience! The great classes, amazing coaches and positive, encouraging environment that Coach Scott creates makes it fun and welcoming to come to the gym. I feel stronger and in better shape than I have since i was in my 20's! If you want help and support to make consistent, positive change in your life you really need to give Stoneway and Coach Scott a try!
