I am always treated with kindness and respect when I enter the office or call on the phone. They know my animals and make sound recommendations. The vets are very skilled and their staff is supportive. The office is clean and neat and easily accessible.
They would not listen to my concerns about my cat. They did not offer to see him in the office, they just refused to consider putting him to sleep. My cat passed away the next day. I will not be back with my future animals.
