Dr Laurie is fantastic
I've been going here for a couple of years and thought the service was pretty good (one of the workers comes off judgmental/condescending). My latest visit was amazing. I brought my cat in who had a urinary blockage. He was in bad shape and his bloodwork was terrible-we were preparing for the worst. The vet and techs were all very informative and, due to time and cost, I made the decision to have him treated there. He pulled through and we were able to take him home in a couple of days. Can't thank the staff enough. I found a baby kitten by itself outside and she's been pretty sick. The staff at countryside has been able to see her same-day everytime I've called. I can tell they genuinely care about her well-being. They've been transparent about costs and the state of her health. Thanks to everyone at Garrettsville Countryside, you've made this experience so much easier on me. The peace of mind of knowing she's got people in her corner means the world.
