If i could give this place a 10 star review I so would. The woman that works in the office here is absolutely incredible. She is so polite and she communicates with you. Thank you so very much for I believe 3 years of being with yall. It was a bittersweet day to leave here. I will miss hearing you call me. Best storage building in Winchester thats for sure.
I’m embarrassed to say how long I’ve had my unit but I am happy to say that working with the rental office is always very easy and the staff is super helpful. I recently went through my things and was happy to see that there were no insect or rodent droppings. I highly recommend Stonewall Plaza Storage.
I’m really appreciated about this storage place after looked around for a few months before found this one and this is my go to when you need, they will keep you on the loop as if its empty while you’re on the waitlist, they will keep you on contact as if whenever another sizes comes up available, they did a awesome job and its would relief your mind they have security gate in and out is the plus! Moving from out of state can be such a stressful time but dealing with Stonewall Plaza Storage was a breeze! The facility is clean and accessible and Lorene in the office was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.
I absolutely loved renting at this facility! The staff knew us personally even in the brief interactions we had. The facility was clean, well lit, and well air conditioned. Starting/leaving rental services was super easy and the best price around! Highly recommend.
