I have lived here for almost 5 years. I have never experienced any issues with management & I have had many home improvements done to our condo, attended community meetings, etc. They just put in a brand new $40000 playground for the kids which is amazing. It is a great mix of older people & young families from all walks of life. I have a wife & 3 kids and we absolutely love this neighborhood. All of our neighbors are very considerate and are very tidy. As far as condo living goes, I can't imagine being in a better location.
Terrible management, Run away as fast as you can, The best thing about it was the park and playground they had. They sold the property and now there is no place for kids to play or hang out. The fees are really high and the management doesn't care about its tenants. WORST MANAGED PLACE IN RICHMOND. PERIOD. JUST ASK MANY OF THE DISGRUNTLED TENANTS.
