Stonewall added a $27,000 stone patio to my home. However, they won't come back to fix items such as low voltage lighting that. Stopped working within a month and a railing that needs to be replaced. I have tried to work with Ken Williams and he has promised to fix things but it's been 7 months now since project was completed. BBB has been contacted however I may need to go the legal route. Poor customer service!! Please beware!!!! See photos thatI have uploaded!
Beware...if you want a project done on time...I would move to another contractor. You can't complain about the work...but a 2 week project may well take 2 months with this organization.
