The owner of this company came out to investigate a problem we were having with our garage. He didn’t know what the problem was and said he would send a technician out the next day to diagnose the problem. We never heard back from anyone. We waited till after the weekend and tried to reach out to the company via text message. The owner seemed like he preferred using text message. One of the horizontal bars on my garage broke. It was extremely noisy and poorly insulated to boot, I figured only a matter of time. Within 2 weeks of my call I had a much better quality garage door and opener. Jeff replaced both items within the span of 4 hours. Very pleased.
