If there was a no stars I would give that rating, I asked for my son's medical records and that was on a Friday, that Medical Records Clerk told me to come back Monday to pick it up and when I showed up I got told it's not open today and they can't find my son's chart. What kind of hospital has no medical records clerk when a hospital is supposed to be open 24 hours a day! They defiantly don't seem to care because the LPN that took my son's name only asked for the first name to go find it...finally the second nurse in charge... read more
