The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc, the bed was comfortable, and the gas heater worked well if you didn't want to use the slow combustion wood heater. We didn't give a 5 star for 3 reasons...the bedroom needed a light blocking blind, the front entry needed some weather protection to get from the car in the rain, and the bathroom door unexpectedly jammed halfway, which could cause an injury.
Really enjoyed staying at this cottage.
