I finally found a gym at which I can feel at home and stick with long-term. Absolutely love the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. It's great to walk into a gym where people know you by name. While the equipment is modest compared to the bigger chain fitness centers, it more than meets my needs for solid upper and lower body workouts. Also consistently very clean. Seven years a member and I'm still amazed by the diversity of classes available, from martial arts to a whole span of incredible yoga sessions. I love each teacher's unique style. Kaitlin on Friday mornings is excellent, with an active warming practice that builds, then gently lowers mind and heart into blissful yin (with crystal sound bath and aromatherapy wow). Emily on Tuesday evening is ideal for stretching out and unwinding completely, a wonderful boost in your week.
