While at port in Ketchikan my dog had a medical emergency. I made an after hours visit to Stonetree and the staff was wonderful. I was exhausted and stressed and had been up for 24 hours at that point and they were so kind and compassionate. After returning to the ferry, my dog needed a stronger dose of the medication and they were willing to deliver it to the terminal as the ferry was departing soon and I could not leave. Dr. Hahn have helped keep my kitties healthy and happy and she really cares about them. I really appreciate that the clinic has payment plans available it makes all the difference for me. The vet really explained things and offered a lot of support and encouragement. Stonetree vet clinic has the best trained professionals who really care about the needs of my kitties and take good care of me as well.
Stonetree Vet did an amazing job with my dog’s recent dental work. They are kind, knowledgeable and take the time to make my dog comfortable. They are also reasonably priced and don’t try to push unnecessary services on you. I appreciate the care that staff gives to my dog every time we are there. My dog appreciates the treats of course.
I like that they call and email you daily as you need when you feel something is wrong with your "baby". Once I called them that I thought my cat was having an allergic reaction to his med, gabapentin. He was foaming at the mouth. They explained it tastes terrible. Since then I syringe water chasers.
