Customer service is very poor. We have issues after the completion of our landscaping project and our attempts at contacting management have been ignored. We have sent texts and left voice messages without a single response.
We hired Stonetree Landscapes in October 2025 after being assured there was a 1-year warranty on the shrubs and trees installed at our home in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Unfortunately, our experience since then has been very disappointing. Within months, five of the Golden Privet shrubs died, and four out of the six Black Hills Spruce trees were planted noticeably crooked.
