Outstanding and exceptional service! Highly recommended! I had kitchen Quartz countertop install done today, installers very professional and knowledgeable. Install came out perfect! The whole process from ordering with Adam, Noye doing the measurements, to Jose and Fred installing was a great experience. Fabrication is spot on, it’s a perfect fit. I will order again from them when I’m ready with my kitchen island.
We purchase our kitchen through ikea and ikea set us up for a quartz counter top from StoneStore, they came to my home and got the measurements, than about 9 days later we had them installed, now let me tell you, I am beyond impressed on how well they did their job, this guys are so friendly, very humble and overall very respectful. Their customer service skills are 10/10 they said they show up at 9, and they were on time and ready to work. I'm beyond happy with my kitchen, I highly recommend them. 💯
I purchased new kitchen countertops from Stone Store in November through IKEA. The stone itself is nice and turnaround time was good. BUT the dimensions were not made as discussed during the templating session and the square footage was reduced but payment not refunded as specified in the policy. I've tried to contact them via phone and email to get this amicably remedied, but as others have commented, have been completely ghosted. The Stone Store did a fabulous job on our bathroom Vanity. My wife and I couldn’t afford a Bentley, so we settled for a Bentley “Cambria,” Vanity instead. It is the crown jewel of our master bathroom. Pictures to come. Thanks Adam and Stone Store for such a wonderful addition.
