Nice showroom, helpful staff who don't hover. Ordered 3 custom counter stools, waited 9 weeks and what we picked up were chairs. They ordered them incorrectly. The salesperson reordered the counter stools and we had to wait 9 more weeks. I had to ask them if they would deliver them for free as they did not offer after we came to pick up the counter stools initially. Thoroughly rewarding experience! Staff was friendly, helpful and not hovering. Answered our questions expertly. We love the quality choices and especially the level of modern feel in design they carry, at a reasonable price point. Do yourself a favor and check out their offerings if you’re tired of the same old staid looks that the area stores seem to cover endlessly. Their style of furniture is perfect for my liking (not traditional but not too modern) but beyond that, they are also consultants and true partners helping you with your project design. The owner, Karen, and her team is top notch and I will continue to go to Stonesthrow for my projects and you should too...you will not be disappointed!
