I had an excellent experience at this office. Jennifer at the front desk is truly outstanding. She manages multiple tasks at once with incredible efficiency while remaining kind, patient, and professional. She makes every patient feel welcomed and cared for. Ban, who did my blood work, was exceptional. She was gentle, comforting, and clearly very skilled at what she does. She made the entire experience quick and stress-free. I trust Dr Rana based on my successful and healthy pregnancy, delivery, and recovery. I had a horrible tear and now, I feel better than pre pregnancy. Also, the staff recognize me, remember me, and care about me. They were so excited to meet my child and they are happy to see me every time. I also look forward to seeing everyone at the office and I love coming here. Not corny, but it feels like family at this OB. Very and I mean very nice people. Office people are very welcoming. I'm usually nervous going to an office for the first time but this experience I can say was amazingly wonderful. Made me very comfortable I decided to continue going to the office in Gainesville. 10/10
