DO NOT TRUST THEM. I made and appointment at this location confirming that my insurance is in-network. But after the visit I received $785 stating my insurance is out of network. It was not mentioned by the imaging department that my insurance is not in network and send a bill after my visit. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM THEM. ALWAYS LET YOUR PATIENTS KNOW BEFORE RENDERING ANY TREATMENT.
The staff was not only knowledgeable but friendly and welcoming which is so important.
I visited this doctor SAIRA RANA for a delayed period and left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. No diagnostic tests were recommended to determine the cause of the delay. Instead, I was prescribed progesterone to induce a cycle without any discussion about underlying reasons. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this clinic, largely due to unprofessional and inconsistent handling by the practice manager, Priya. From the beginning, I experienced multiple issues with this office.
