Rose is a wonderful phlebotomist and is so gentle every time I have testing done at Stone Springs!-!-!
Not bad in general , not pleased with the older lady at the reception she has an attitude issue. I had two separate incidents with her, in which one call I wanted to book an appointment per the ER request and she was like : I don’t see why we need to see you! Lol as if she is a doctor and that’s after I mentioned to her several times that I went to the ER and I have my discharge papers with me from the ER instructing me to go see my OBGYN soonest ! Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this clinic, largely due to unprofessional and inconsistent handling by the practice manager, Priya. From the beginning, I experienced multiple issues with this office. After a difficult hospital experience, I contacted the clinic and spoke directly with Priya the manager, who gave me the name of the doctor she stated had seen me in the ER. Overall, it was a great experience at StoneSprings OB/GYN. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were super nice and welcoming. It was my first visit, and I had a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
