I don’t even know where to begin. It started in the emergency room waiting area, when we arrived, there was a woman sitting in the waiting area, throwing up into a grocery bag. This was going on for at least 45min to a hour. The receptionist was just sitting there and I said can’t you help her! finally they went and got something other than the garbage bag to throw up in. I brought my mother in due to severe stomach pain also, recent surgery. but the pain was not from the surgery. She was in excruciating pain—unable to sit, stand, or walk—yet the nurses and staff showed no urgency or compassion.
