I was not happy, and actually o hope they remove me from their marketing emails. The young salesperson was LATE 10 minutes to the appointment as he was lost getting here going the eying way. Above and beyond that, the prices are very very high. Also there was some aesthetic questions he could not answer, because the wood border panel, above the door may have needed to have wholes drilled through. We are so happy with our blinds! James U. the designer, came to our house with so many samples and spent the time to make sure we chose the right shades for us at a price point we felt comfortable with. Dave, the installer, did a wonderful job measuring and installing the shades. Make sure you leave a few months between the purchase and when you expect them to be installed - these shades have to be custom made to measure.
I am so glad I did a Google search for "blinds". Stoneside's website popped up with a few others that I've heard of, and after doing a little research of Stoneside I made an appt for consultation. I could not have asked for a better in-home consultant than James! I got really lucky with him visiting our city. James is extremely knowledgeable in home decor/ design and it showed. He puts care into everything he does and knows what i want before I do! I will be doing more work with Stoneside in the very near future.
Dana has been amazing to work with on 2 projects now. She is so knowledgeable, kind, honest, responsive…the list could go on and on. She came to the rescue after having a less favorable experience with another company. We are SO happy we found Stoneside Blinds.
