We have had Stoneside blinds on 15 windows for over 10 years now. We are very happy with them. We had an issue with one of them recently that was because of something we did wrong. Joe was our service technician. He did an awesome job - fixed our problem and taught me a couple of new things about our remote controls that I didn’t know. I highly recommend Stoneside for window treatments.
This is my second time using Stoneside Blinds. Each time Joe and Amanda were so friendly and professional that it’s always a pleasure to do business with them. I can’t imagine going any place else for my window shades.
Joe came out for a service today to fix blinds that were sagging on one end. The blinds are an older style, but Joe had the necessary parts and was able to fix it quickly. The blinds look good as new! Thank you!
Excellent customer service! Very helpful providing explanation and guidance on new shades. Highly recommend.
Joe did a great job. Thank you for sending him. My wife Kathleen Healy agrees
