I am not sure where their store/showroom is… We went to the address mentioned on a Sunday, which Google states they are open until 7pm. The location was an office building, with literally zero cars parked outside. All doors were closed and did not even see any store sign or a sign that this store was there. I would not be able to find it on a weekday either. Very strange…
from the home visit presentation to the install...the process was very professional... Sara was very helpful with the sale & Jerry was prompt on the survey visit & on the day of install...which he was in & out without a glitch...very professional...!!
I tangled my blinds and they couldn't be lowered. I called Stoneside the next morning and Jerry came out to fix it that afternoon. I was so impressed and appreciative with the quick response, particularly since it was just before the Christmas holiday weekend. Jerry was wonderful. He quickly fixed the problem and gave me advice as how to avoid tangling the blinds in the future. He even checked out 2 other blinds for me. I’m so happy I chose to work with Stoneside for my window treatments. Sarah had great suggestions and helped me choose fabrics that I never considered. Jerry who did the installation was very friendly and efficient.
