We recently worked with Tommy from Stone Side Blinds, and the experience was honestly exceptional from start to finish. Tommy provided true white-glove service while helping us choose the perfect window coverings for our home. Justin came out to address an issue I had with one of my shades. He was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.
Our experience with Stoneside has been awesome. Every person I have dealt with has been great. Jason helped us make design decisions, and Brandon did an excellent job with the install. Justin helped finalized the install and was just as helpful and professional as everyone else. We felt that our time and property were respected and would definitely recommend!
Continue to be very impressed with the customer service at Stoneside. Brandon and Amun were quick and efficient and were able to resolve all matters.
Brandon did a great job with installation and also helping to reprogram the new automatic roller shade with the ones we already had installed.
