Reba was fantastic. She spent about two hours with us for a window treatment consultation and was incredibly professional from start to finish. She walked through options for each window and gave thoughtful recommendations on materials, functionality, and style. What I appreciated most was how candid and honest she was—she wasn’t trying to “sell” a single solution, just helping us find what truly fits our home. I am highly impressed by the customer service provided at Stoneside Blinds by Amy and Trent! From the consultation, Amy was knowledgeable about the products and had great follow up. Trent measured and installed all smoothly and the product is fantastic! I would highly recommend this company.
Trent is always punctual, courteous, and gets his job done in a timely manner. We’re always happy to have him in our home when work needs to be done.
We recently had a custom shade built for our master bedroom. The team at Stoneside was absolutely amazing! John installed our shade and was so nice and sweet. Reba helped design our shade and took so much time helping us design the perfect shade for us! We selected a light filtering shade beneath the blackout shade all on automatic rollers. We couldn’t be happier!
