Amun did a great job installing motorized shades in our great room. He is a professional. Made sure I knew how to operate the shades together or individually.
Doesn't sound like this company has any interest in working with new home owners. Every other company I called would go out and measure as long as the windows were installed and drywall complete - so we wouldn't have to wait 2 months for delivery and install after the home is "complete." They would also meet at our house or a coffee shop whereas stoneside would require us to coordinate around their designer's schedule. No thanks.

Very professional and knowledgable
Ryan the service tech came out and did a great job explaining the possible cause of the problem and conducted the first tier of resolution: reprogramming a remote controls. He worked quickly and was very clear with his guidance. I was extremely satisfied with the service call.
