The installation was seamless and quick even at such a tricky spot (stairs). Installers were very professional and friendly. They showed us how to use them and confirmed we were happy with the product before leaving. Highly recommend!
Technician was initially requested to complete an assessment for the re-insrallation of blinds. He was professional, responsive and completed the installation on the spot rather than rescheduling another installment appointment. 10/10.
Fabulous service, options, and follow up from beginning to end. Extremely happy with the shades themselves; and also the clean lines that maintain the look and lines of the windows!
We had Stoneside fabricate and install motorized shades for our double unit condo five years ago. They still look great and operate well. We have needed to call for minor repairs a couple of times and Stoneside has always been very responsive - and never charged us another penny. We called yesterday with two issues and in less than 24 hours Jerry was here and able to address both repairs with parts on his truck - and still no charge.
