Our sales person, Dana, was amazing, helped us decide on what design and color to go with. Our shade came in faster than expected (they said about 6 weeks and we got it in like half the time!). Installers came and we're very respectful of our living room, wore masks the whole time, put protectors in their shoes as well, and cleaned everything very well after they finished. our shade looks amazing and we love it! Our son Sam is a concert pianist, arranger, and recording artist. After completing his doctorate in piano he moved to Quincy, MA to continue his career. It was necessary for him to buy a house. We live in Fort Worth and, due to the COVID-19 virus, were unable to visit Quincy and assist with the purchase and major renovations. Thank goodness for Dana Bradshaw! She is extremely professional and such a great help in selecting blinds and shades that complement the interior design and offer proper lighting for recording projects.... read more
Dana (designer), Mike and Rick (installers) were terrific. Dana understood exactly what I was going for and helped me get there with excellent advice -- super personable and patient. Installation was smooth and Rick set me up with various options for my motorized shades. The blinds look amazing!
