I'm looking for apartment, studio or 1 br. But after reading these reviews I'm thinking against these. Has anyone reported this complex to someone. Housing or chamber of commerce.nim glad I looked at the reviews
Do not move here. First day I moved in there were roaches in my unit and they did not clean the unit fully . Toilet seat was broken and thermostat and dish washer did not work upon moving in and they charged me to fix it by adding it into my rent for it not be fixed and continued to be broke. And toilet seat was never replaced when I moved in also carpet wasn’t cleaned. This place is not a good place to live . Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else
DO NOT RENT HERE. Would leave no stars if I could. Maintenance entered my mothers unit while she was at work without permission/notice, left the door open and her dog ran away. We haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone at the management office to rectify this!
Do they accept someone with eviction on there record
Unprofessional and a downright shame. If they handle maintenance like they do applications, wow. May the force be with you. After weeks of them accepting the deposit fees. And piles of mistakes, on THEIR end. They decided accountability isn't for them. And rather than cop up to their mistakes and rectify the situation. We got a "I don't think this arrangement with work for us." Dodged a bullet if you ask me. Avoid this place like Corona virus.
