They failed to mention that they require applicants to have a credit score of 690 or above to live on their properties. If your credit score is lower, do not apply with this company, they just want to make money off of you, by pocketing your application fees. This is a strategy that the rich use to make money off of the lower classes, don't give into their greed. They disrespected me by wasting my time and money and I wish someone out there will wastes their time and money, cause they deserve it!
