I've lived in 2 of their properties and its been very pleasant both times.
Having nothing but issues at one of their properties. I moved from one unit to another to get rid of some super loud neighbors. This new unit is making me sick. I have gotten maintenance out time and time again and they do not fix the issues at all but say its working great. Now they want to sanitize the air because the air quality test came back acceptable? Why don't we fix the issues then clean up the odor because that still leaves me with a washing machine and dryer that smells like smoke when used and stinks. It has had ... read more
