I am rating Mike a 1 star on his lacl of communication, unresponsiveness and not delivering on his promises. His initial communication was ok but since taking my deposit he has ghosted me and is not responding to any of my calls, emails or texts. I'm assuming the 5 star reviews that are noted from the past were from a time when he was a better business owner or they were fake. I'm hoping he steps up and actually contacts me to either fulfil his work order or gives me back my deposit so i can get someone else to do the work. ... read more
