I can’t speak to the other reviews but my experience here has been fantastic. I’ve had electrical gremlins on my CPO ‘23 Elantra and they’re always been very attentive, responsive, on top of paperwork, etc. I didn’t even buy it from them and they still take care of it like I did. Sarah is so on top of things i pretty much have just shown up, signed some papers, gotten my car and left. If you live in the IF or surrounding areas, take your car here.
Very nice service department and all around friendly people.
No real complaints on the actual service done and received everyone was friendly, other then the ridiculously long wait time for a scheduled oil change!! This is our second one and I'm regretting having bought the package of them with the vehicle and having to come back still. Over a hour and a half at this point and still waiting. The one a few months ago wasn't any better.
Should be ZERO STARS! bought a used car paid to have it certified, bought the extra warranty even thoigh it still has reg warranty left. They didn't change the oil, they didn't change the filter , they did nothing . Brought it to the shop because of a popping noise that was going on. . They said they would onky keep it for a day. I do not live in poky. I live an hour away. Turned out they kept it for longer than a week. Lost out on work... got my car back .steering is worse and loose now and something smells like it burning!... read more
