Great service for a cheap price this is now my go to dental clinic
I was having some concerns about changes to the enamel in my teeth and the possibilities of them being cavities, so I called asking if they could help. The receptionist, Emily, was compassionate, polite, and professional. She eased my worries, talked me through some optioned and helped me book an appointment. Great customer service, everyone very friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist.
i booked an appointment just for it to be rescheduled due to a rostering error. receptionist was quite rude and when i asked to speak to a practice manager about the issue and her attitude she told me i just wanted to "vent". she also tried to guilt me by saying "i never know" and the dentist "could have had a death on the family" when she had already told me there had been a mixup with when a new dentist was available to work. i was told the owner would be in touch with me before close but i never received a call. unsure if... read more
