Thorough. I am a PITA customer, and they took time to answer my questions and alleviate any worries I had about working on my vehicle. Extremely reasonably priced, knowledgeable staff that take pride in their work, an increasingly rare quality these days. As a business owner myself, this level of dedication is admirable and appreciated. No upsell, price was exactly as quoted, and exceeded expectations with the work performed. Will return.
these folks are pretty cool they hooked me up with a great A,R,E, topper back in 2004 they helped me design exactly what I wanted for my 2004 ram dually, after 20 years of faithfully service it was time for some touch ups on the old girl and by golly trey was the perfect help I needed and is getting my topper fixed up for me, I've sent several freinds to stones and we keep finding ways stone's was the best choice, first off and straight up!
I bought a trash camper. No keys, no electrical, and c clamps from Home Depot. I went there. Instead of selling me $200 lock assembly, I got $20 keys. I opted for them to wire the brake light, which was a run to the cabin not the rear brake lights. Got the struts to hold it up. A couple of days later I realized they bolted it in place for free. Wasn’t charged. They never mentioned it. I love this place and will NEVER shop anywhere else.
