Three months ago I had my daughters car tuned up at Stone's before she went back to college. Part of the tune-up included new wiper blades. A few days ago while driving on a highway in a rainstorm the passenger side wiper blade flew off and was lost. When I called Stone's Auto to discuss a $20 refund for the cost of the blades I was greeted with significant hostility and refusal to refund any money unless I had the defective blade or the car's wiper arm could be examined.
