Three months ago I had my daughters car tuned up at Stone's before she went back to college. Part of the tune-up included new wiper blades. A few days ago while driving on a highway in a rainstorm the passenger side wiper blade flew off and was lost. When I called Stone's Auto to discuss a $20 refund for the cost of the blades I was greeted with significant hostility and refusal to refund any money unless I had the defective blade or the car's wiper arm could be examined. Very affordable, and the man at the front desk was very helpful in looking at different solutions to my car’s problem. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.
Did not fully investigate the problem or symptoms. Car was having steering trouble (stiff steering, hard to turn from low speeds, intermittent problems) took to dealer, and dealer sent vehicle to stones to be check out, because dealer could not find problem. Stones auto could not replicate the problem, and rudely told me that steering will get stiff when approaching the end of steering wheel turnable radius. I have used Stone's since 1979 and the service has always been very good. If you are looking for a good honest mechanic shop no further these guys are great.
