Avoid... these guys are rude and not upfront about anything. Cant give a straight answer.No customer service. Glad I read their reviews online before I left my car with them!
Took my Prado there for brake service. Cost $830 To machine and replace pads. He never adjusted handbrake and returned worse than when I drove in. Queried the service and was told it's a major to adjust and will have to book in another day. Not using them ever again and should h a been done whilst everything was apart and on the hoist. Why would I book it in again and get another over inflated bill? Never again, lesson learnt.
This place is a rip off. I took my car in there for a job which should've taken 10 minutes (ended up being there for 45) I explained to the guy in great detail the issue (previous mechanical experience) I even had to show the guy what to do and he ended up not doing it and doing nothing as he "couldn't find the issue" and ended up charging me $60 for it. Bloody rip off.
Just called this place asking how much it would cost for a drum to disc break conversion. He told me he couldn't give me a quote at all and didn't even ask what make/model it was for. What sort of business are you running there mate? Rude phone manner too. Dont waste your time.
