My 76 yr old grandmother was treated very poorly. After receiving a incorrect quote over the phone, later went in to rent a wheel chair and was told that her quote was incorrect and her total would be a lot more. Because she politely questioned the price difference, Owner (John) became very annoyed and refused to give her an explanation other than that they had made an error & refused her rental of the chair for questioning them and threatened to call the police (ON MY 76 YR OLD GRANDMOTHER) if she didn't leave immediately. ... read more
I provide durable and medical equipment by insurance but also have a retail side for those without who must pay out of pocket. Where other companies fail, I try harder. All my first patients were those who couldn't find what they needed elsewhere. It wasn't hard......just took some effort to get what they needed....usually within one day!
