I was a patient here for about 10 years and since covid happened they really do not care about women's health.
I recommend going elsewhere. I have been a patient for 10+ years. I am looking for a new practice and saw how low the reviews are for this practice. The rating should be one star. A little sensitivity goes a long way.
This rating is more about the secretaries. I called today to ask a question about transferring my prescription. The secretary who called me back refused to tell me her name, talked over me the entire time and refused to let me explain my situation. I have never been talked down to like that in my life. The lack of respect is absurd. All that I needed was for them to send a script to a pharmacy. I have been with this provider for 12 years, 2 children and 1 miscarriage. No, children cannot come into the office since Covid began, but that does not exclude a support person. It is hard but it isn't the norm of this provider and does not affect the wonderful care they have always provided me with.
