0/10 wouldn't recommend, at first I was dealing with a nice lady and things changed and I reached out to her within 24 hours and had to cancel. She was off and a staff member was able to get a hold of her and transferred me to her, she become very rude and aggressive once I explained my situation to he after having to cancel, she then said " I wasted her time" and she's off so " I don't not know what you want me to do" I found that very rude, again wouldn't recommend. My experience with this company has been very bad. I requested a letter of experience for my wife two weeks ago, but I haven't received it. I also requested cancellation of the policy one week ago, but the insurance company hasn't received it. The original person was in charge of my policy a month ago I sent him an email to review my renewal policy, he answered me that he would review it, and a couple of weeks later, I sent another email, and I received a "beautiful" email that he had retired, so no review was done. Don't really recommend StoneRidge Insurance. When I reach out for questions regarding my home and Auto Insurance, I never seem to be able to get the same representative so I have to reiterate all the information again and again. With my business I do admit I am lucky to work with Eve all the time, she is great and the ONLY reason I am still with StoneRidge.
