Terrible. Went through about 6 brokers while being a client with stone ridge. Every dealing with the company I had, a new broker had been assigned. One broker cancelled my insurance instead of a relative’s so I was driving without insurance until I called in months later with an inquiry. Nobody returns voice mails not even their manager. Customer service is beyond atrocious.
This company is a joke
Considering this company? Paying customers can't even expect any responses to emails, so don't get your hopes up.
I'm really disappointed that this company is breaking all CASL spam laws. They are now using an AI service bot to email me repeatedly from a throw away email that I can't block. This feels like they have questionable ethics, so not sure I"d do business with them for an important thing like insurance.
Dear Mandy Nixon, Next time you write a terrible review of my mom, Voula, please consider she was in distress because her son, me, was just admitted to the hospital and she was off her game.
