The landlord at Stoneridge at Mark Center apartments in Alexandria, Virginia treated me like I was a payment not a person. When there was a water leak in the building that caused mold build up inside of my unit that I reported to them on January 28, 2026, they ignored addressing the problem with me. The assistant property manager Jossely's response was in reference to a rent balance that I owed. Even after court when the judge gave Stoneridge Apartments the judgement, they still refused to look into the mold build up issue. ... read more

The worst place which i lived for one year, ,fellsick evey day because used too much antiseptics and couldn't sleep well because of mices , at the end they penalty us with extra cash without any reason 😢
