Lived there for 3 months in the corporate unit. Day 1 washer did not work. Took 3 washers before they bought a new one. Manager lied about everything she said to you. Luckily that manager was fired and new management brought in right at the end. The new manager lies too. Go figure. Said our apartment looked great. A month later no security deposit. Stoneridge apartments were pretty decent until Greystar management company took over. What was once a solid 4 is now below 0. If you ask yourself what is wrong with this country then your answer lies in companies like Greystar. Upon take over, Greystar managed to increase rent by over 15%, start charging for all utilities, start charging for pet rent, and introduce many hidden fees on your bills.
